📷 While short-form video is still a huge driver on Instagram, photos are seeming like they’re doing better than in the initial wave of reels taking over.

The ones that seem to be working the best are single pictures showing some fun, some personality, or groups having fun together.

Sometimes in the craving to feel control in business (nonprofits, careers, life, etc.), we can jump into activity instead of taking the time to identify what meaningful action really looks like.

Make sure that the goals you’re working towards are actually meaningful to your business or cause.

03 HiveTool - The Ultimate Question (or at least one of them from Tim Ferriss)

Stressed or overwhelmed about a decision, goal, project, or pretty much anything?

Ask this question:

“What would this look like if it were easy?”

Planning a business or product?

What would this look like if it were easy?

Torn between decisions?

What would making this decision look like if it were easy?

Michael here, I literally use this question many times a day.

It’s easy to have an assumption in your business and feed yourself all the reasons why it’s true. You may even be right, but…

Think back to some of the big lessons you’ve learned in your life that greatly impact how you make decisions now.

If those lessons were so revelatory, then it means that the assumption you had before the lesson was actually wrong.

What things in your business are you assuming to be true?

Is assuming truth in those areas preventing you from making greater progress?
