Happy Monday!
Hereās the Business Buzz with A Helpful Trend, Tip, Tool, and
a Hot Take from HiveThink to help you this week.
01 HiveTrend - The Death Of Popular Audios For Growth? What To Do Now?
š« TikTok recently removed songs from Universal Music Group (UMG), including tracks from artists like Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, and Lana Del Rey.
So, what does this mean for businesses using trending audios to attract customers? It's time to rethink our strategy.
The good news is many business owners have come to realize that relying too heavily on popular songs is often more about appearances than actual results for their businesses.
While these songs might attract attention and views, they don't necessarily contribute to building a strong brand identity or fostering customer loyalty.
š§ Platform changes are inevitable, but learning the psychology of your ideal customers is something much more valuable in the long-term.
02 HiveTip - But I Still Want Easy Growth Options⦠What Do I Do?
š Still want to ride the wave of follower growth? One of the easiest things to do to get more people to your accounts is to use the new features of whichever platform youāre on as soon as they come out.
š¦ Social media platforms love to highlight their new features, so they tend to boost content thatās utilizing these new tools.
Be an early adopter and reach more people.
03 HiveTool - Less Stressful Emails using Gmailās āSchedule Sendā
š¬ Have you ever hesitated to send an email because you were afraid of what might come next?
Maybe you worry that it will lead to more work, changes, or new ideas to tackle. It's understandable ā important emails can feel overwhelming.
š Instead of letting that fear hold you back, use productive procrastination through the āSchedule Sendā feature in Gmail.

How to do it:
Click the arrow next to the āsendā button and then click the āschedule sendā option. It will prompt you with what day and time to send it.
Select when you want to send it that is a good time for you to potentially handle an immediate reply, and then you are all set.
This way, you can still address the issue without immediately diving into the back-and-forth or feeling overwhelmed by the response.
04 HiveTake - Thereās enough room for everyone.
Living with an abundance mindset rather than scarcity means everyone can win.
That doesnāt mean you canāt be competitive if thatās important to you.
Many entrepreneurs and artists want to be great, many even the best in their respective areas.
š° Garyvee talks about it like this:āI believe you build the tallest building in town by building it ā not by tearing other people's buildings down. You don't have to be mean to āmake it.ā In fact, kindness is a much better companion to ambition than cruelty. When you see other businesses within your industry killing it, be happy for them.ā
If your own kindness towards others in your industry helps them catch up to you, it will push you to become even better in the long run.
š If youāre familiar with Dragon Ball Z, itās the Goku mindset. He wants to be the best, but he is always willing to help fellow martial artists out.
Until next time,
