01 HiveTrend - The Eternal Marketing Question
🤖 Using AI for marketing is a MAJOR trend, and it makes sense why.
Marketing is hard, but AI is an easy button. People love easy buttons.

AI has raised the bar on marketing. What used to be Incredible is now the norm.

“How do we stand out?”
And how do we still get to get some of the easy button benefits?

Marketing is a choose-your-own-adventure game where you decide how you want to stand out.
Consider this your character creation screen and you have three different roles you can play.
⚔️ 01 The Willful Warrior - “Same, but better.” ⚔️
Find content and marketing leaders in your industry. Study what they do. Master it. Then, ask yourself how their content could be better. Make that.
Become better than the best.
🧙♂️ 02 The Wily Wizard - “Same, with a twist.” 🧙♀️
Master the base skills and content types, but as you do, ask yourself how you can be different.
If all the industry leaders had tables set up in a room, what could you do to convey that you are not only a trusted professional, but that you have something special about you? Something that will cause your ideal audience to choose you even if the other guys’ are “technically the biggest and best?”
🥷 03 The Rebellious Rogue - “Completely different, with maybe the slightest bit of the same.” 🥷
For this one, go wildly different than everyone. There are a couple of ways to position this one.
One option, see what the crowd is doing and do the exact opposite.
Second, just focus on what excites you, and double down on what works as you go. If you go this route and want to go all the way rogue, you might benefit from going on a content fast from your industry. Use your content consumption and research time following creators in completely different fields to spark unique ideas.
🧗♀️ So, we presented three roles to you, but it’s your adventure. If one of these doesn’t fit you, break off the beaten path and build your marketing character from scratch.
