According to Pew Research Center,  people ages 30 and 49 years old are getting into TikTok more than those aged 18 to 29.

🗣️ TikTok isn't just for the young; it's becoming a place where everyone can share.

02 HiveTip - Personal Success System

💪 We’ve all done things in our life that worked, sometimes really well.

What if we reversed engineered those successes?

What if there was a common pattern that was repeatable?

🎙️ I came across this podcast episode of Deep Dive with Ali Abdaal and the guest, Jodie Cook, brought up this idea of everyone having a Personal Success System, and I wanted to pass along the idea, because I found it so impactful.

🏁 How To Get Started

Figure out what you did start to finish on one of your life successes.

Repeat the exercise with other life successes.

Find the patterns that connect them.

Once you think you’ve found some patterns, try and create a little step-by-step method for yourself and iterate on it until it starts to reliably bring you successes.

This is your Personal Success System.

03 HiveTool - Inversion Thinking

🤔 Feeling stuck on a goal or problem?

Instead of thinking of how to get the results you want, think of how you could guarantee that you don’t get those results.

🔄 Once you have that list, do the opposite of them.

04 HiveTake - Questioning Limiting Beliefs

Most people believe in their own self-proclaimed limitations.

Then, often months, years, or decades later something comes along to break that belief, and it’s only then that they can move forward in that area of life.

Sound familiar?

🫵 Challenge:

Spend some time journaling or talking to a close friend and identify some limiting beliefs that are stopping you from making more progress in your endeavors.

Once you’ve identified them, come up with a plan to chip away at those beliefs until you can find better ones that gets you the results you want.
